Parkrun
What is parkrun? Free, weekly 5k events, every Saturday morning, in areas of open space 2k junior parkruns for 4-14 year olds and their families on Sunday mornings. Our local run is at the Dean Park in Kilmarnock Organised by local volunteer teams Walk, run, jog, volunteer or spectate - take part in any way that suits you Open to all, including those who are inactive or have health conditions or disabilities Opportunity to socialise, make friends and be part of a welcoming, supportive community
Dumfries House – Health & Wellbeing Centre
Complementary therapies include reflexology, acupuncture and hypnotherapy to help participants attain outcomes such as fertility wellbeing, menopausal health, living with cancer, chronic pain management, and a weight management programme to help support individuals diabetes and obesity.

Community Connector
Community Connectors are trained and experienced staff who you can meet with and talk about yourself, interests and needs. Where appropriate they can enable you to access and use locally availably resources. If you need support with benefits, housing or work; need support in finding the right volunteering opportunity; daily living skills; or simply someone to talk to, then they could help. Community connectors are based in your local GP Surgeries and are there to compliment GP services.
