Our Healthcare Assistant is Lynn McBain who joined the practice in 2010 from Crosshouse Hospital. Lynn is a very valuable member of the practice team who works in liaison with the doctors and nurses.

The role of Healthcare Assistant does not encompass informed clinical judgement or decision making and if you request such during an appointment with our health care assistant you will be asked to make an appointment with a doctor or nurse.

Blood taking, ECG, spirometry, blood pressure measurement, helicobacter pylori breath testing, anticoagulant monitoring ( warfarin clinic).
