Our nurses run a travel clinic for those intending a trip abroad. To register for this service please fill in this form 6-8 weeks prior to departure. Please ensure we have an up to date phone number as our nurses will contact you by phone to discuss your requirements and set up an appointment time.

The following
vaccinations can be provided free of charge :
Diphtheria
Tetanus
Pertussis
Typhoid
Hepatitis A
Hepatitis B
Polio
Malaria tablets
are not available on NHS prescription and there is a £10 charge
for a private prescription. Some malaria tablets are available over the
counter and our nurses can advise you of the most appropriate formulation
at your consultation.
Yellow
Fever, Rabies and Jap B encephalitis vaccinations are available from the

If you are late in contacting us regarding your travel we will try and accommodate you , however if there are no appointments available we may need to refer you to one of the above travel clinics.
