KEEP IT OR CANCEL IT !

In the month of September 2010 128 patients have failed to attend for their GP appointments and 94 patients failed to attend their Nurse appointment.

This has resulted in 37 hours of doctors and nurses time wasted.

We understand that circumstances change and sometimes the appointment is no longer needed, but would ask that you let us know if your appointment is not required.

This enables us to offer the appointment to another patient and keep waiting times down.
