All
staff are bound by strict rules of confidentiality. We are a computerised,
paperlite practice and registered under the Data
Protection Act.
Patients have the right of access to their records and the following procedure is in operation in the practice to facilitate this right. Patients wishing to have access to their records should apply in writing to Miss Allison Bird, Practice Manager who will arrange for an appointment and will detail any cost that may be involved.
